Are Dolce and Gabbana Eco- Friendly?

After doing lots of research on the internet and reading articles, I have come to the conclusion that Dolce and Gabbana are not an sustainable or eco friendly company.

It may say 'made in Italy' on the inside of their clothing but most of the clothes are made and distributed in Germany. And the majority of their fragrances and cosmetics are made in France.

When researching about the clothes being eco friendly or the brand being carful about protecting the environment, the search came up with nothing. So I presume that Dolce and Gabbana are not making garments that better the environment or take into account the sourcing of their fabric.

These are extracts taken from the Dolce and Gabbana's corporate page, as you can see they don't go into very much detail.

- These two extracts are from a sustainability ranking site, as you can see Dolce and Gabbana have the lowest ranking on sustainability as they give no information on their brands environment cycle, making the brand dangerous to buy from.
